CNC machining is the most important step should be required by all of castings for most of mechanical components. CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, etc.
gear housing used for aluminum housing, produced by pressure die casting technology. the raw material can be ADC12, A380, A413, etc. they are can be machined after die casting for CNC milling, drilling, tapping. the surface finsihing like powder coating, painting, ED coating, black oxide are all available for our factory.
precision CNC machining always required by customer after rough casting.machined by CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping
Equipment including: CNC center(3 axis and 4 axis ), CNC turning lathe, milling, drilling and Tap etc. Machining of rough castings, or directly from round bar.
